Our Vision and Values

The City Hall neighborhood is attractive and welcoming with a unique mix of historical housing stock, multi-unit housing, healthcare facilities, small businesses, houses of worship, public transportation, public parks, and, of course, City Hall. These assets put the Neighborhood in an excellent position for smart neighborhood growth and development that will keep benefit residents, home and business owners, and the City of Norwalk.

We are a volunteer association striving to make our neighborhood a better place to live, with membership being open to everyone residing in or working in the City Hall Neighborhood

We are responsive to our community’s needs through the relationships we build with our neighbors, neighborhood businesses, community organizations, and the City of Norwalk.

We operate as a conduit of information for our neighbors. By providing speakers at our meetings, and maintaining a membership e-mail list and website, and Facebook page, we keep our neighbors aware of city operations, community organizations and events, and potential developments and changes in the neighborhood.

We promote activities within our neighborhood and surrounding areas, such as neighborhood events at The Norwalk Green, Mill Hill, the Wall Street Area, and other points of interest. We offer an opportunity for neighbors to bring forth their concerns and problems, providing direction and connecting them to resources for further investigation of their issues.
